Emilie is the founding CEO of Greater Victoria’s regional economic development group, the South Island Prosperity Partnership (SIPP) - a public/private organization with over 70 members, including local governments, First Nations, major employers, post-secondary institutions, industry associations and non-profits. SIPP is dedicated to bringing leaders together to champion sustainable, inclusive and innovative economic futures.
